Customer Rating: Summary: Top quality Comment: After 40 years of using power tools, I can say this is the best drill I've ever used. Even the heavy all-metal drills of the old days weren't the equal of this baby... It'll run hole saws, drive long deck screws and drill the toughest materials hour after hour without the slightest sign of strain. The trigger is smooth and the battery is a horse. If you're turning something large, you'd better hold on tight and stay ready to ease off the variable speed trigger, cause it ain't gonna bog down... I've used every major brand, and this one takes the prize. The only step up would be a Milwaukee with a cord, if you are always near an outlet.
Customer Rating: Summary: Solid and Thoughtful Comment: This drill starts with the extremely solid feel that is Milwaukee's hallmark, and proceeds to add a bevy of thoughtfully-designed features, such as the slider that lets you switch from Drill to Driver mode without losing your current clutch setting.
Key features:
- Metal chuck feels and is pleasantly firm.
- Detachable, repositionable side grip.
- Reversible battery with charge indication.
- Versatile charger handles both V18 and older Milwaukee batteries.
